Thread a bolt in to engage the nut and go completely through the nut until it is pushing on the body of the axle housing. Now you can exert some outward force on the pin as you screw in this temporary bolt. Do not over do the force applied to the axle housing. Dave.

The link the bushing presses in to is worn enought that 1.750 should make the hole round again. Pin hardness is 60 C, bushing is 58 C . Other pivots will need repaired, will be looking for lower boom bushings / swing pivot shaft also. Thanks.

I tried to get grease to go in - removed and replaced the zerk - no luck - I ended up taking a small pick and slowly worked at chipping away the petrified grease until I got through to the pin and then put the original zerk back in..

After pounding the pin back in I lined up the bolt hole and put in another bolt. Something doesn't look quite right. The grease end is sticking out farther than all the other grease ends.
